Here's how it works:
- Tell another group about us, and ask them to mention you when inquiring about their event, or CC brent@trivianightguy.com on their referral email.
- Once they book an event:
- They get a $100 discount on their event, and
- Your group gets a $100 discount on your next event - even if you've already booked a future
event
(A maximum of one discount may be used per event.)

- An event that will last up to 3 hours
- Pre-event planning and consultation meetings
- Up to ten rounds of trivia, with ten questions that have not been previously used in your area in each round, including:
- One audio/music question per round
- One photo/video question per round
- Customized categories for your event
- Hosting of the event
- Each question is read aloud and​ shown​ on screen.
- Provide an audio/video system for the event if needed
- Judging and scoring for up to thirty tables
- Web-based scoring system
- Game information sheets
- Mulligan stickers
- Answer sheets
- Pens or pencils
- Raffle tickets
Our hosting package will cost no more than $600.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your date, and will be applied to the total cost of the event.
- The balance of the event fee will be due before the start of the event.
- Should you need to cancel your event, $100 of your deposit will be applied to a future event you book with us.
